However, if you are coming to view something specific, or if you wish to discuss a bespoke piece or something special such as wedding bands – we always prefer to book you an appointment, just to ensure that the right person is here to help you, and that we can create a special, one-on-one experience for you.

Yes you can! Our preferred way is to credit you for your used gold (based on the days gold price) and use new gold in your design, although in cases where the actual gold has sentimental value we can certainly ensure your gold is used in the new design.

We pride ourselves on the high standard of workmanship that goes into making every jewellery piece. All our engagement rings come with a lifetime guarantee against faults in materials and workmanship. To ensure your precious stones are securely set, you must bring in your piece of jewellery for an annual check. This is a free service and is included with all our custom jewellery. Our guarantee covers any defect caused by faulty materials or workmanship. Our guarantee does not cover defects relating to general wear and tear, scratching, damage caused by accidents, neglect or misuse, or any resulting loss of the ring or precious stones from the ring. If the ring has been repaired or modified by someone other than ourselves the guarantee is void. Jewellery not custom made by us are not covered by the guarantee. In the rare event of a problem, please inform us and bring back your jewellery as soon as possible for inspection. Jewellery that is covered by the guarantee will be repaired free of charge. Jewellery that is not covered will be quoted for repair.

If your beloved piece of jewellery has broken or it has been damaged, you don’t have to part with it. We are highly skilled and can restore your jewellery to its original, or better state!

The price depends on the design, choice of metal and most importantly on the choice of diamond or coloured gemstone if the ring has one. We welcome you to make an appointment or send us an email with the specifications you are considering, and one of our jewellers will get back to you with a quote. All jewellery can be made with a range of different diamond shapes, sizes, colours, etc and we can work towards almost any budget annd style.

Most rings can be resized although certain design features and the amount of size increases can be a factor in whether or not your ring can be resized. 

 All gold should have a stamp on it showing what carat it is but if it has worn away, we can do a quick acid test on it to determine what carat it is.

We actually do! You can bring along your jewellery, whether you have bought it from us or not for a free clean and polish. Its our way of saying hello!

Of course if you have your ring stuck and we cant remove the ring and need to cut the ring from your finger, we do offer that as a free service also.
