The Legal version :
Crediting your gold – Your pre-loved gold will be credited towards your custom creation and is not redeemable for cash.
The gold will be credited to you at the days current gold price. All gold will be credited as the used – gold content and not the value of the
existing creations valuation or inclusive of any alloys.

Using your sentimental gold – Your sentimental or pre-loved gold that is to be used in a hand made custom creation may be subject to cracking or other inconsistencies due to unknown alloys in the metals. While all due care is taken by The Diamond Tree Studio the customer understands that not using new gold with identified alloys may cause these problems in the future and that the Diamond Tree Studio cannot be held liable for any eventualities.

The Easy to understand version :
If its your gold we dont know what alloys are in it so we cant guarentee it is 100% perfect. If its our gold then we can.
We credit you for your gold, not your alloys! (Zinc, copper, nickel, iron, cadmium, aluminium, silver, palladium etc)
